Chemical Systems has been providing custom built vacuum encapsulating machines for the automotive industry for use in potting ignition systems, brake modules, alternators and electronic control modules since the mid-nineties.

A typical scope of work on a given project includes providing process development, machine design, fabrication, assembly, debug, machine validation, installation and re-machine validation on site. The company has the ability to support sample and pilot build programs before, during and after the build.

Whether the material of choice is urethane, epoxy or silicone, Chemical Systems has the proven technology to be successful, first time, every time! If your project is destined for offshore, no problem, over 65% of all custom-built machines are shipped and installed in Europe, Asia or South America.
The picture shown at the right is representative of a custom built encapsulating system to include preheat and cure ovens and automated material handling system. The system is designed to process electronic brake modules on a twenty-four hour day basis with only one operator. The system features a full complement of operator menu and process screens for monitoring and control of the entire process.
